Its Been A Stretch

It has been a stretch since I've blogged. I must admit that I did slack up on my training since the super bowl. I have started my P90X program and I am on day 2. All I can say is that it is a WORK OUT like I've never experienced. I hope to get to the gym today to work on my lower body. Got to get the legs in gear.

One Day At A Time

On Friday I worked out at the gym and had a great time, however, I neglected to complete my resolution on the Jillian Michael's Ultimate 2010. I did however complete it today.

It is the Super Bowel today so I must not overdo it on the food. I feel like going for a ride...I will see how I feel.

YES!!

Today I worked my legs...I warmed up for 20minson the bike then went and did:

4 sets of 10 Seated Leg Curls using 30lbs

4 sets of 10 Leg Extensions using 30lbs

4 sets of 20 Seated Leg Press using 70lbs

Then it was back on the bike for 20mins

I am feeling great!!!

Whew!!!

This morning I worked my Arms, Back and Chest with The Beast. I so didn't want to get up this morning. I was ready for the workout to end before it began. I have a long day ahead of me at work today. I go in at 9am and will probably finish around 10:00pm tonight. I'm glad I got my workout in though.

Jillian Michaels Ultimate Workout

I have decided to do a bit of Jillian Michaels Ultimate Workout until I start my P90X program. That woman is a beast I tell you. I need to get some bands for my P90X workout. After previewing the exercises, I know that I have a long road ahead of me because of my present condition...and what is that you may ask. Well, I am so unfit that it may take me doing the program 3 times to get the results I am looking for but I will not be deterred.
