Yoga
I tried the yoga today but it didn't work out too good for me so I headed out to the gym. Legs are feeling a bit like jelly but I trudge on.

Bringing It Strong
Today makes day 3 that I have been working out, and I must say, I am in pain...but I love it. I slept through my alarm this morning so my cycle ride didn't happen...but I did get my work out on. Lets hope tomorrow morning I can get that ride in.

Bringing The Pain - Ouch!
*FEELING GOOD*
Loving the pain that exercise is bringing. I pray I can keep it going. Tomorrow I hope to go for a cycle ride early in the morning.

Chest - Back - Abs
I worked my chest, back and abs today. I feel great. I must stick to the wicket now...there is No turning back. I must do this for myself! One day at a time.
Starting Over...AGAIN!!
Ok, so I am starting over again. I CAN NOT and WILL NOT give up on my dream of losing weight. I am officially at my heaviest....215lbs *groan* That's what happens when I am not active.
I'm about to get out my P90X and give it another go. Wish me well.
