Good Day

today was a good day. i went to the gym this morning and did 30mins on the treadmill and 30mins on the bike.  i'm feeling great!  i came close to quitting but hung in.  50 by 50...one day at a time .

Moving On

Whew! Today's exercise is done and out of the way. 50 Jumping Jacks, 50 Sit Ups and 50 Crunches. One day at a time is how I'm doing it. I'm loving this so far. Its something I have to do for ME...no one else. 50 by 50...I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Intentions

This morning I intended to go for a bike ride but I slept through my alarm. I guess I needed the rest. Usually I would let a setback like that derail me, but instead, I got up and did a combination of sit up and crunches...40 each. Working on it one day at a time.

And I'm Back

In the words of Lee Harvey...'And I'm Back'. Well folks, I was knocked down and out with a cold. Oh how I hate summer colds. I took longer than I needed to get back on the grind but here I am. I did my 100 crunches this morning and I am happy about that. If the weather is good I will go for a cycle ride. I can hear my legs and butt now...Lol

Feeling Better

Well, I have been getting rest and I am feeling better. Haven't worked out since the last time but watch out tomorrow. Summer colds SUCK!!
