Vacation

Today I go on vacation and I am hoping to eat healthy while there. I will be in London and my plan is to have fruit first thing in the morning before eating anything else. There will be lots of walking so that should help to shed a few pounds.

I hate that I have let 'things' deter my progress but I WILL NOT GIVE UP! I am not looking for a quick fix but a lifestyle change. A change that results in optimum health.

Stay tuned for updates as to the food I eat and any exercise undertaken.
