New Day....New Start

Today I went to the gym to jump start my exercise. It's been to long since I've done any kind of exercise so I know my body will be aching for a while. I feel good about making that first step...again...Lol

I have to keep up the exercise now and watch what I eat. I'm looking forward to getting back on the bike which is my ultimate goal.
