Day 3

Day 3 and I am still at it. 100 crunches under my belt now its time to get ready for work.  

Thursday evening I weighed in at 220lbs...this morning I weighed in at 215lbs...water loss.

Day Two

Today I did 8 sets of 5 sit ups and 8 sets of 10 crunches. Feeling good...and I have someone checking up on me two days a week to keep me grounded.

Well, I have had set backs but I always get back up on the horse. This morning I did 100 crunches...10 sets of 10.

50-50

Today is my 49th birthday and I am embarking on a quest to lose 50lbs by my 50th birthday. So, I have 364 days to lose these 50lbs. I am undertaking a lifestyle change in that I am changing what and how I eat...and of course get back on the bike and in the gym. Its going to be a long road with lots of ups and downs but it is a road I must/have to travel.

This first day didn't start out as well as I wanted but I will not give up. As of now, 12:46pm I have not had breakfast or lunch. I know I know, not a great start but I will press on. Tomorrow I will post my weight and what I eat and if I have exercised.
