Today is my 49th birthday and I am embarking on a quest to lose 50lbs by my 50th birthday. So, I have 364 days to lose these 50lbs. I am undertaking a lifestyle change in that I am changing what and how I eat...and of course get back on the bike and in the gym. Its going to be a long road with lots of ups and downs but it is a road I must/have to travel.
This first day didn't start out as well as I wanted but I will not give up. As of now, 12:46pm I have not had breakfast or lunch. I know I know, not a great start but I will press on. Tomorrow I will post my weight and what I eat and if I have exercised.
One day at a time is all I can do
