Yes!!

Another great day at the gym...I'm loving the way how I'm feeling. I have a long way to go but I will get there...I will reach my goal of losing 50lbs by my 50th birthday next year. I need to take pics and post them.

GYM

Ok, so I have been in the gym Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Today...I am loving how I am feeling. I am changing how I eat and what I eat. I'm taking it one day and one meal at a time and I don't beat myself up when I slip up when I put unhealthy food in my mouth. I am ever grateful to my trainer for taking me on and the Nutritionist who is ever patient with me and encouraging.

A lot of things are becoming clear to me and I must continue to take care of self...physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally. Life is too short not to live it with vigor.

Trainer

Today was my first day at the gym with a trainer. I'm feeling pretty good after. He worked my lower body. Tomorrow we go out on the road at 0500hrs for a bike ride.

I may have started and stopped this journey to weight loss but I have not given up. I am Blessed! Thank you Kenton.
