Ok, so I have been in the gym Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Today...I am loving how I am feeling. I am changing how I eat and what I eat. I'm taking it one day and one meal at a time and I don't beat myself up when I slip up when I put unhealthy food in my mouth. I am ever grateful to my trainer for taking me on and the Nutritionist who is ever patient with me and encouraging.
A lot of things are becoming clear to me and I must continue to take care of self...physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally. Life is too short not to live it with vigor.
