I am ten (10) days into my exercise program and I'm excited about it. It is not easy for me by any stretch of the imagination but I'm doing it. I have a very good friend in my corner as well as a cousin. We are all doing well on our journey.
Next week Wednesday I will be traveling but I am taking my good habits with me. I will watch what I eat and I will keep exercising. Where I'm going is an hour behind my time zone. I'm going to be getting up and working out at the same time as my group. I won't let them down nor will I let myself down. We are all in it together.
Weigh in time is another thing I'm looking forward to as the scale that I have here at home isn't moving and I'm sure my body is changing. If I haven't lost pounds I've lost inches. So, I will see you all again at weigh in time.
Oh, at the start of my program I weighed in at 192.8 I pray it drops!

I'M BACK...LOL
Ok, three years ago I started on this journey to lose weight and it never happened. I have started and stopped and started and stopped, of course with no results. This time around things are different, my mindset is different. And if I should fall by the wayside for a day or two, I will NOT let it get me down, for I am in preparation for whats ahead.
On September 14th, 2013 I embarked on a 100 Days of Fitness Program. We work out every Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat. So far it is kicking my butt but I am enjoying it. We get a meal plan with is very helpful. Right now we are doing the 7 day kick start food plan which I am getting used to.
Weigh in for me was on September 12th with a weight of 192.8lbs. Yes, I am finally under 200lbs which I've been trying to do forever. My goal is to lose 30lbs at the end of the 100 days, but most of all to be healthy. I have great support from to of the best people in my life. We are all on our own journey to lose weight and I give each of them encouragement just as they give me.
I am so ready for this change because I feel a shift coming and I am ready for this change.
