On September 14th, 2013 I embarked on a 100 Days of Fitness Program. We work out every Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat. So far it is kicking my butt but I am enjoying it. We get a meal plan with is very helpful. Right now we are doing the 7 day kick start food plan which I am getting used to.
Weigh in for me was on September 12th with a weight of 192.8lbs. Yes, I am finally under 200lbs which I've been trying to do forever. My goal is to lose 30lbs at the end of the 100 days, but most of all to be healthy. I have great support from to of the best people in my life. We are all on our own journey to lose weight and I give each of them encouragement just as they give me.
I am so ready for this change because I feel a shift coming and I am ready for this change.
