Groan....

I worked all day today, from 9am-10pm so no exercise for me. To top it off I have been feeling nauseous all day...what is that all about? So, I will see you all tomorrow.

Saturday

Today has been a busy day. I had planned to get up at 5:00am to do laundry but didn't get to start until 6:45am. To be honest, a ride at 5:00am would have been perfect...maybe next time huh!! No matter how busy the day got or how tired I got I had to get some form of exercise in...sooo, what did I do? I found a show on the tele that would keep my attention, climbed on the bike and away I went. I did a whole hour...yippe!!! I wonder if my leg will protest in the morning when I go to get up for work.

Hmmm

I am enjoying my work outs thus far. No stress headaches and thats a good thing. I'm not sure what tomorrow will bring but I am looking forward to each day ahead of me. I am keeping my eye on the prize, which is a weight loss of 50lbs by Sept. 1st.

Day 3

Yesterday was a rest day for me. This morning I was going to get up at 5am and go for a ride but I kept hitting the snooze button...sooo, my workout will take place in the house. The bike is on the trainer so I will ride while watching an hour show on the tele.

Ok, so I rode for 40mins, not the 1hr I was hoping to do. Maybe next time. I have a long way to go to reach my goal but I will not quit. I am feeling good after my ride, not sure how my legs feel about the ride though.

Day 2

Today was another good day. I did some cardio as well as weights for my legs. I have decided that cycling will be my exercise of choice and I need to get my leg muscles in gear. I can't wait to see some progress...soon come, soon come.

I said that I was going to post some measurements so here they are...are you ready?

Day 1

Today I went to the gym and did 1/2hr on the tread mill and 1/2hr on the cycle. I am on a bid to lose 50lbs by September 1st 2010. I will be going to the gym and cycling when the weather is good. I have reduced my portion sizes and am cutting down/out fried foods and soda.
