Day 1

Today I went to the gym and did 1/2hr on the tread mill and 1/2hr on the cycle. I am on a bid to lose 50lbs by September 1st 2010. I will be going to the gym and cycling when the weather is good. I have reduced my portion sizes and am cutting down/out fried foods and soda.
