Day 3 Colon Cleanse

I am SLOWLY getting used to taking these 6 pills 1/2hr before every meal. The tea I take at night is very tasty. The results in the morning are bountiful...thanks Cutie.

The day has started out pretty slow. I find myself going to bed much earlier than usual because of the fact that I am working out in the sun (yes I wear a cap). I am enjoying being out there but I need to get me a small cooler today so that I can put my water, sandwiches and fruit in it. Eating is a challenge these days, especially when I work 0900-1800hrs.

I must fuel my body so that I can get maximum power. I think I will go for a ride later on today.

Day 2 Of Colon Cleanse

Well, the tea that I am drinking works like it should. I am going to have to get up much earlier in the mornings so that I can let the tea do what it has to do to my body and not interfere with the rest of my day.

Today wasn't too bad with swallowing the pills. Its just going to take some time to get them all down. I forgot to measure my waist, arms, legs, hips...maybe I will get to it in the morning.

Day 1 Of The Colon Cleanse

Today I started my cleansing program and I must say, I am not too happy about taking 6 pills. I am not one for taking pills easily and it took me a whole bottle (1.5 litres) of water to get them down. Its a good thing the cleansing program is only for 10 days and something I will do twice a year.

Cleansing

Tomorrow I start my colon cleanse. I will take measurements of various parts of my body and I will also weigh myself. The cleanse is a 10day cleanse and while doing it I can not have any dairy products, caffeine, or red meat. Not having any red meat is good because I have stopped eating it...again. I was doing really good a few years back...hadn't eaten any red meat for years. Caffeine, well, I have cut back on soda so I should be ok there. Dairy, no problem either...looking forward to getting rid of the mess that is stuck to the walls of my colon.

Grind

Ok, I am back on the grind. I just came in from a 47min 41sec walk and I am feeling great. My body, especially my knee's were not too happy but they need to get used to it. I can't stop now that I have started. Tomorrow morning I want to go to the gym and work on my legs.

Yesterday/Today

Nothing went according to plan yesterday or today. Day before yesterday I worked all day from 9am and didn't finish until 11:30pm. To add insult to injury, I had to be at my 2nd job at 12noon. My intention was to get up at 5am and make my way to the gym...no such luck as I slept right through my alarm, turning it off in my sleep.

Today, I can say that all of my laundry is done so I have no excuse tomorrow before heading to my second job at noon day. Today I had a protein shake. I will have an apple a little later and something decent for dinner.

SLOW START

I have been slow out of the starting blocks but I am still in the race. Today I had an apple for breakfast and it will be followed by a protein shake. My dinner is packed and ready to take to work. All I need now is to cut up some carrots to take as a snack.

Yesterday and Today

Yesterday was ok. I had a protein shake for breakfast and then I went grocery shopping. I got some fruit and salad fixings along with some other goodies. I was hoping to get some exercise in but that was a bust.

Today doesn't look good for exercising either but I am on my way to get a protein shake and fix my food for work tonight. I will be having chicken, rice and corn.

I so need to make things right so that I do not fall into a slump. I am hating the way things are right now. I know I have the power to change them...and I will. God give me the strength I need to make it happen.

Wow!

Mercy, its been too long since I have been here. So, let me update. Exercise has been non-existant and I have balloned to my heaviest and I am so NOT happy about it. Time to get my butt in gear and stay there. A trip to the grocery store is in order so that the house can be replenished with healthy food. I will be back later today with how my day has gone, what I ate and whether or not I exercised. Until then, be at peace.
